Learn lifesaving first aid - a free event for the whole family in Bordon

Free and open to all ages, our family focused first-aid sessions will run throughout the summer

• Thursday 24 July – First aid introduction, and DRABC (danger, response, airway, breathing, and circulation)
• Thursday 31 July - Recovery positions
• Thursday 7 August - Dealing with burns and  scalds
• Thursday 14 August – Choking
• Thursday 21 August - CPR and use of AED

These informal sessions will be held in ‘The Room’ at Chieftain House, Bordon, on Thursday afternoons from 2 – 4pm.

Sessions are free and you can come along to any and all sessions of interest to you. Bring the whole family along!

All participants will receive a free hot drink from Café 1759 on arrival.

These sessions are open to all Abri customers and the wider community - everyone's welcome!
