We believe everyone deserves a safe, warm, and affordable place to call home.

In Bracknell town centre, a major milestone was recently reached building new affordable and social rent homes at the Market Street development. The development will be known as Brickmark Place and will transform a disused area into 169 new homes – with 81 being designated as affordable.

The construction has now reached the highest point and to commemorate this milestone, a topping out ceremony was held by Countryside Partnerships, Bracknell Forest Council, and Abri.

By working in partnership with Bracknell Forest Cambium Partnership, we’re helping to provide more affordable homes in a great location, with easy access to local amenities, helping residents stay connected to work, education and services.

Of the 81 affordable homes Abri will manage, 29 will be for shared ownership to help people into homeownership and 52 will be for social rent and will be allocated to people on the council’s housing register. When finished, these homes are going to help some of the more than 1,900 households on the waiting list for social housing in the area.
