Set in Chieftain House in Bordon, Café 1759 is more than just a place to grab a bite, it’s a space where community, connection, and comfort come together.

Since opening our doors in 2018, Café 1759 has proudly served up delicious, freshly prepared food, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Whether you're popping in for a hearty breakfast, a light lunch or just a great cup of coffee, you’ll find something to satisfy your taste buds.

And now, we’re excited to share that we’ve recently launched a brand-new menu which features:

  • a dedicated children’s menu with tasty, kid-approved options
  • a selection of freshly made paninis perfect for a quick bite
  • and of course, the favourite Café 1759 breakfast

Alongside our menu we offer tasty seasonal specials each week, so there’s always something new and delicious to try!

We’ll be back to our full opening hours from Tuesday 7 October. We’ll be open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am – 3pm (2pm on Saturdays).

But Café 1759 is more than just great food

We’re a vibrant community hub, offering a warm and welcoming space for everyone. Our on-site function room, The Room, is available for hire by local groups, charities and individuals. We also host a Community Pantry, supported by volunteers, that offers a low cost ‘basket of groceries’ to prevent food waste.

So, whether you're meeting friends, hosting an event or just looking for a friendly place to relax, come for the food and stay for the community. We can’t wait to welcome you!
