Customers in London can now make payments and view statements on My Abri

We know how important it is to be able to easily access services and information from us as your landlord. You’ve told us that an improved digital offer is top on your list of priorities – well, we hear you!

We’re really excited to have added a new feature to My Abri this month – the ability to make a payment and view your statements at the touch of a button.

What is My Abri?

My Abri is our online customer portal available to residents of the Abri Group. It’s available 24/7, 365 days a year, giving you access to services and information at the touch of a button.   

What can I use My Abri for?   

We’re working on new features all the time, but at the moment, you can:  

  • send us a message, which we’ll respond to within five working days  
  • update your details, including contact information   
  • make a payment and see your online statements
  • read about news and events going on in your area  
  • access lots of information about services we provide

How can I set up an account?  

Check out the guide here for instructions on signing up to and using My Abri. Just head to www.myabri.co.uk to get started.
