New affordable, energy‑efficient homes coming to Portsmouth

Working with Vistry Group and Homes England, we’re delivering a mix of two, three, and four‑bedroom homes, all designed to offer comfortable, modern living. Every home will be fully electric and include an EV charging point, helping to keep energy costs down and support more sustainable ways of living. Many will also be built using timber‑frame construction, which means they’ll be warm, efficient and quicker to build.

Construction is due to start this spring, with the first homes expected to be ready in winter 2026 and the rest following in 2027. Once complete, the development will also include a new green space called Orchard Park, creating a welcoming area for families to relax, meet neighbours and enjoy some fresh air.

These homes will all be affordable, helping more people in the community access a safe, secure and sustainable place to call home. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and look forward to sharing more soon.
