Tell us how the cost of living is impacting you
If you haven’t spotted the survey in your inbox yet, it might be worth checking your junk or spam folder just in case it’s hiding there.
Last year we heard from nearly 5,000 customers, most of which told us that their financial situation was worse than in the previous six months. We know that the cost of living continues to be a significant challenge for many in the UK, and we want to make sure we’re providing the right support for you at the right time. That's why it's important, now more than ever, for us to hear from you.
The survey was sent to your email address on Tuesday 22 October, from 'noreply@abri.co.uk' and will be open until midnight on Tuesday 19 November 2024. If you could spare ten minutes to complete the survey, we'd really appreciate it. And if you have any questions about the survey, please get in touch with us.
As a thank you for taking part, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win a £20 Love2Shop voucher, we have 30 of these to give away. Terms and Conditions for the prize draw can be found here.
Your input is vital in helping us shape the support we provide, so we truly appreciate your contribution to our research.
Where to get additional support
There are many organisations, both nationally and locally, providing advice and support on everything from energy, to food, to money matters. The government has set up a Help for Households website here.
We also have lots of support designed to help you save money on your bills and make sure you're getting everything you're entitled to. You can find it here on our website.
Our benefits and budgeting calculator is another quick and easy way to check you are receiving all you are eligible for. This includes benefits entitlement as well as other ways to save money like reduced broadband packages, travel discounts and free school meals - it’s worth checking.
You can self-refer to our experts at Abri by pressing submit to adviser after completing the calculator.
If you have any questions about the survey or need help filling it in, please get in touch with us. You can find out how here.
