We’ve made some updates to My Abri

You might notice My Abri looks and feels a little different. We’ve made a few updates which allow you to do more on our portal.

Changes Include:

  • You’ll now be able to attach a photo when raising a repair, which’ll help us make sure the right person for the job is sent out
  •  You can let us know what you’d like to hear more about (and how) by setting your preferences

All the features you know and love about My Abri are still here: you can keep logging repairs, paying your rent and updating your information, anytime, anywhere.

We’re going to keep looking at how we can improve the portal so it’s even better for you, our customers.
