Get Involved: Mansbridge 100 Video

We believe home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling, where everyone has the right to equal opportunities, no matter their background. Most importantly, we want people to feel proud of where they live. That’s why, in partnership with the University of Southampton, we’ve been working on a project to honour the past and present of Mansbridge. The Mansbridge Heritage Project is all about celebrating the place we call home. By discovering more about the history of Mansbridge, we can deepen our connection to the area and to each other. It’s a chance to share stories, learn something new, and come together as a community. Mansbridge has a rich and fascinating past, let’s explore it, together.

As part of the celebrations, we’re making a video which will be shown at the Centenary Celebration. The film will showcase the rich history, strong community spirit, and the voices of the people who make Mansbridge such a special place to live.

We’re inviting you to take part in a short interview (under three minutes) to share:

• What’s the best thing about living in Mansbridge?
• What does this community mean to you?

Everyone who takes part will receive a £20 Love2Shop voucher. If you don’t fancy being on camera, we can record your voice instead. Bring a friend, or your children, all welcome. Spaces are limited so contact Cara to book a 10-minute time slot.
