Did you know we have a team who can help you with financial support if you ever need it?

Recently, Housing Partner, Jason Young and Income Officer, Eleanor Collins, did just that when they joined forces to support a customer during a time of need. 

After some time being unwell, Mr W had to take time off work. When his condition got worse his wife also had to stop working in order to support him. This meant the household went into financial crisis.  

The couple were referred to our Welfare and Benefits team to ensure they received the benefits they were entitled to. Eleanor supported them further with a successful application for a hardship payment.  

Mr W said: “I cannot thank you enough for the amazing amount of help you have given us at this horrendous time. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone involved”.
