Our contact centre opening hours are changing

 We want to provide a consistent service to all our customers, no matter where you live, but at the moment our two contact centres have different opening hours and two different phone numbers.

So, we’ve looked at the most popular times customers call in and have reviewed our opening hours. From 4 September 2023, we’ll be open 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with extended hours until 7pm on Thursdays. From this date, we’ll also have just one phone number – 0300 123 1567. For those of you who live in the south west, you’ll notice this number is different, so don’t forget to update your records.

We’re confident this change will mean you get a better level of service, with shorter wait times when you call. And don’t forget, we’re available 24/7, 365 days a year for emergency repairs. You can also use My Abri to manage your tenancy, book a repair, make a payment and more.
